Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Kacchi Imli, we strive to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how and when your orders will reach you.

1. Shipping Methods & Timelines

Standard Domestic Shipping (India):
Orders are delivered within 8–10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
International Shipping:
Orders are delivered within 10–15 business days, location-dependent.

2. Shipping Charges

Within India:
- Free shipping on all orders
International Orders:
- ₹1499/- for orders up to 1 kg.
- An additional ₹499/- for every subsequent kilogram.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of returns, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or an approved exchange.

3. Order Processing Time

We process orders within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Processing may take slightly longer during festivals, sales, or high-volume periods. Any significant delay will be communicated.

4. Delivery Time

Shipping time varies by location and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout for your reference.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Use the provided link to track your shipment in real-time.

6. International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, please note:
Custom duties, import taxes, and other country-specific charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price. Kindly check with your local customs office for details.

7. Address Accuracy

Ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of placing the order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Lost or Damaged Orders

In the rare case your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Our support team will investigate and help resolve the issue promptly.
