Cancellation, Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
1. Returns and Exchanges
We at Kacchi Imli strive for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. However, If you're not happy with your order for any reason mentioned in para 3, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 5 days of receiving your order.
2. Cancellations
You have the option to cancel your order within 8 hours of placing it, provided that it has not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at kacchimli@gmail.com or whatsapp us on +91 9289364851 with your order number.
3. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
a. It must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
c. It must be free from any stains, odours, or damage.
d. It must be in its original packaging.
We issue a return in case of wrong fit, size, colour, style, manufacturing defect, pre-existing damage, receipt of wrong or missing items. In case of 'Hand Wash only' items, failure to follow washing instructions would amount to mishandling of product and no return, refund or exchange will be provided for the same.
4. Return Process
a. Contact Customer Support: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at kacchimli@gmail.com or whatsapp us on +91 9289364851 within 5 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
b. Authorization: Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed. You would be required to provide us with your order ID details. You may also be required to email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
c. Ship the Item: Pack your item in its original packing securely. We shall pick up the product within 2-4 business days depending upon the location of the pick up. Upon receiving back the product, we shall initiate the refund or replacement process immediately once it is ensured that the product is in its original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.
5. Refunds
a. Once the returned item has been inspected, we shall notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
b. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 4-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
6. Exchanges
a. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or colour, please indicate your preference when contacting our customer support team. We will assist you in processing the exchange.
7. Non-Returnable Items
a. Some items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, including:
